Oscar? It's The Coen Brothers! First 'Hail, Caesar!' Trailer Is Here, Check It Out

Hopefully the Academy is ready for another Coen brothers move as it appears the auteurs have flexed some muscles with their latest outing 'Hail, Caesar!'. HC follows Eddie Mannix, a Hollywood "fixer" as he tries to track down and wrangle in an A-List actor who has been kidnapped and taken for ransom.

With an all-star, all-white cast including Josh Brolin, George Clooney, Scarlett Johansson, Tilda Swinton, Channing Tatum and Ralph Fiennes it won't be too shocking to see some nominations both behind and in front of the camera come this winter. With this cast belting out some well-written lines with their best transatlantic accents, it should be a fun time in the theaters at least.

The Coen brothers have always been able to balance the amount of drama they find appropriate with some pretty competent comedy and HC looks no different. With a ridiculous concept, beautiful sets and a directorial touch that has always been finely tuned, this has been one of most anticipated films of the year since I heard the cameras started rolling and this trailer has only escalated that. 'Hail, Caesar!' will be released wide in February of 2016 but should see some form of a limited release this year for Oscar consideration.
